We are a fully accredited British Retail Consortium (BRC) approved processing company with sites in two of the busiest fishing ports in the North East of Scotland - Peterhead and Fraserburgh; both of which are run by experienced teams with a wealth of knowledge integral to our vision within the company, to provide a quality controlled and professional service. With over 150 trained staff between our two sites, we process over 10,000 tonnes of raw material annually.

Our on-site, accredited laboratory facilities carry out daily testing providing analysis to ensure the quality of our products and facilities
STAFF TRAINING
We recognise the importance and valuable contribution our people make to the successful delivery of products, and to ensure a food safe working environment and work culture. All staff undergo training and are certified by Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS).
